I've just come back from a guitar lesson with Toby Morgan, and after explaining that I'm initially planning to do a night of Final Fantasy tunes, he suggested that I do a whilstle-stop tour around Game Music as a genre in it's own right.

As I have to fill about 30-35 minutes, Toby suggested that I do 10 minutes of Final Fantasy tunes, 10 minutes of completely retro tunes that will have mass appeal, and 10 minutes of something in the middle.

I think this is a fantastic idea, although his other suggestion (read: insistence) that the Zelda theme has to be included is less obvious as I've never played it!
