I've asked Jon if as well as arranging Act II and casting his expert gaze over the other 2 acts I'm arranging, he'd also like to conduct during the performance.

In arranging Act III, I've realised that with multiple tempo changes it would be best if he conducts the whole performance in order to keep us all together.

And he's graciously agreed...
