Amended Proposal

The initial proposal had some performer names missing, and Jon had not sorted out everything for me at the time of print. So without further ado, here is an updated version.

An important note is that during the Metal Gear Solid moments in Act II Jon insists on featured brass players to add more weight and drama to the performance.
